I Have a Good Friend

Last week, my best friend Sarah helped me a lot. It was raining heavily, and I was going home from school. I forgot to bring an umbrella, and my clothes got all wet.

One day after class, I was walking home in the pouring rain. My shoes were already soaked, and the raindrops were hitting my face. I was feeling really sad and hopeless. Suddenly, I saw Sarah running towards me with an umbrella. She was holding it in her hand and smiling.

"Here, put this umbrella over your head," Sarah said, holding the bright pink umbrella. I was so happy! Sarah always thinks about others' needs. I felt like I had the sun shining on me.

We walked home together, and Sarah told me about her day. She is always so kind and positive. I love her because she is always there to help me when I need her. Now I know the meaning of true friendship.
